Room bookings should be made no later than 14 working days in advance of the date required so that the office can secure appropriate rooms and space for your group. Any bookings made less than 14 working days in advance cannot be guaranteed a booking.

Only Completed Forms are accepted, so make sure you include what student group you’re representing, when its taking place & what equipment do you need on site or external.

Booking Lawrence Hall

Lawrence Hall is a premium space, with LIMITED availability. This space will need to be booked at a minimum of 6 weeks in advance of the event, so please do bare this in mind.
