Notice of the Annual Members Meeting of West London Students’ Union (“the Company”) 

This is notice that the annual general meeting of the members of the Company will be held at the following address:  

Saint Mary’s Road UWL Campus 

Room: Savoy Suite

Date: Wednesday 22nd January 2025 

Time: 4pm 

The business of the meeting will be: 

1. To ratify the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting. 

2. To receive the report of the Trustees on the Union’s activities since the previous Annual General Meeting. 

3. To receive the annual accounts of the Union for the financial year ended 31 July 2024 

4. To appoint the auditors 

5. To approve the list of affiliations of the Union. 

6. Open questions to the Trustees by the members.
