I don't have an account yet, how can I get a ticket?

To get a ticket, you'll just need to register a new UWL Freshers account.

Once you've done this, you can purchase your ticket normally. Once you get your student account when you enrol, your details will automatically sync so all your tickets and memberships will remain! If you have any further problems, just send us an email on su.comms@uwl.ac.uk or give us a DM on our Instagram.

When trying to log in or set up a Freshers account it says my account already exists, what do I do?

This means that your student account has already been set up - you'll just need to login via your student login on the left-hand side. The details are the same as what you use to log onto the student portal.

I have a question about a UWLSU event, how can I get into contact?

Keep an eye out on our website as well as our social media to find out more information about current and upcoming events. However, if you require further information the please do get in touch with us via su.comms@uwl.ac.uk or drop us a DM on our Instagram page.

How do I know I am looking at the right events and following the right social media accounts?

All our Official Welcome 2022 content/events will feature our logos and branding. If you are unsure, feel free to check with us on su.comms@uwl.ac.uk before purchasing tickets.

Alternatively, you can follow our social media channels for updates, a full list of events when they go live, and frequent updates on what your Students' Union is doing all year round.
